This pattern came about because I wanted to improve my backstitch and blackwork, and I encourage you to give it a shot. Don't overthink it - and have fun!

How will I get my files?

Once your payment is processed, you will have several ways to retrieve your patterns. Download the files directly from the payment confirmation screen (you may need to give it a minute to complete the transaction), access them from the email delivered to your inbox with the link, or if you create an account at checkout you'll be able to view and download your files at any time from your Orders page.

Are download purchases refundable?

Digital downloads are non-refundable. If you have a serious error, please contact me at michelle@needleandmoss.com and we'll work together to solve any issues on a case-by-case basis.

What comes with the pattern?

All my PDF patterns include both color and black and white charts, formatted to print on letter size paper.

You will also receive detailed information about the model so you can prepare for stitching accordingly. If the pattern has unique finishing, a step-by-step photo guide will be included as well as any links to coordinating videos.

What if I have issues?
