Every fall in my hometown, orange crops were turned to juice and the peels were burned away. The smell was potent but, to this day, I always enjoy the smell of citrus to remind me of the season back home.

I hope you find a little seasonal joy with this stitch and think of fond memories from the places you enjoy or miss the most.

The model was stitched on 40 count Arboreal by Cedar River Linen using one strand of floss over two fabric threads. The called for floss includes Classic Colorworks, Weeks Dye Works, and DMC threads. There is a full DMC conversion included.
